Crawfordville, FL

(12.11.2009) | Iron-Horse Development Group, LLC announces the purchase of a 1 acre tract on U.S. Highway 319 in Crawfordville, Florida to build a Burger King restaurant for Goldco, LLC, a Burger King franchisee since 1980, based in Dothan, Alabama. Construction is to commence immediately with an expected opening date of late March 2010.

Tallahassee, FL

(07.01.2009) | Iron-Horse Development Group, LLC has completed the development of a Burger King restaurant for Goldco, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Equicorp, LLC. The 71-seat, 3,116 square foot restaurant opened on June 25, 2009, and is located in Southwood, a premier community in Tallahassee, Florida. This is the ninth Burger King for Goldco in the Tallahassee market and is the first project completed under the Development Agreement between Iron-Horse Development Group, LLC and Goldco, LLC announced in June, 2008. Goldco, LLC, a Burger King franchisee for more than 29 years, is one of Burger King's largest franchisees and has more than 60 restaurant locations throughout southern Alabama, south Georgia and the Florida panhandle.

Union City, Georgia

(06.08.2009) | Iron-Horse Development Group, LLC opens a 74-seat Zaxby's restaurant in the Union City, Georgia market. The restaurant is the first location in Union City. The Zaxby's was developed for Dream Big Holdings, LLC, a licensee for Zaxby's Franchising, Inc. The Union City location is the third Zaxby's restaurant for Dream Big Holdings in the Fulton County market.

Atlanta, GA

(01.21.2009) | Iron-Horse Development Group, LLC announces the commencement of construction of a Zaxby's restaurant in Union City, Georgia for franchisee Dream Big Holdings, LLC. Construction is expected to be completed by early May. This will be the third Zaxby's for Dream Big Holdings with existing operations in Fairburn, Georgia and Atlanta, Georgia.

Tallahassee, FL

(01.02.2009) | Iron-Horse Development Group, LLC announces the purchase a 1.3 acre tract in Tallahassee, Florida to build a Burger King for GOLDCO, LLC; the Burger King franchisee based in Dothan, Alabama. The site to be developed is located at Capital Circle SE and Blair Stone Road. Construction is expected to begin in late February or early March with a completion date in June. This is the first of five to be developed by Iron Horse Development Group.

Wilmington, NC

(10.27.2008) | Iron-Horse Development Group, LLC has entered into a Development Agreement to manage the construction and development of a Zaxby's restaurant to be located in Waterford Village in the Town of Leland, a suburb of Wilmington, North Carolina. TC Free, LLC is the licensee and Leland will be their third Zaxby's in the Wilmington market. Construction is expected to begin by late November 2008 with an opening in early 2009. Waterford Village is a retail development anchored by Harris Teeter and Lowe's Home Improvement.

Oakleaf Town Center - Jacksonville, FL

(08.26.2008) | Up the Creek Grill - Seafood & Steaks opens for business. The 6,982 square foot restaurant was developed by Oakleaf UTC, LLC, a subsidiary of Iron-Horse Development Group, LLC. The restaurant is located in Oakleaf Plantation, a master planned community located near Orange Park, in southwest Jacksonville, Florida. Oakleaf Town Center is a retail development anchored by Target, Kohl's, Home Depot and many other national retail brands. Iron-Horse Hospitality Group, operator of the restaurant, is a licensee Up the Creek Restaurants of America.

Tyrone, GA

(08.14.2008) | Iron-Horse Development Group, LLC entered into a Development Agreement to develop a Zaxby's restaurant for Dream Big Holdings of Tyrone, Georgia. The first project will be located in Union City, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. Construction is expected to commence in late November 2008. This will be the third Zaxby's for Dream Big Holdings, LLC.

Jacksonville, AR

(07.07.2008) | Iron-Horse Development Group opens a 74-seat Zaxby's restaurant in the Pulaski County, Arkansas market. The restaurant is the first location in the City of Jacksonville. The Zaxby's was a build-to-suit initiative for ETRG Investments, LLC, a licensee for Zaxbys Franchising, Inc.

Atlanta, GA

(06.16.2008) | Iron-Horse Development Group, LLC entered into a Development Agreement with Goldco, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Equicorp, LLC, to develop, build and lease back five (5) Burger King restaurants. Goldco, LLC is one of the largest Burger King franchisee's with over 60 restaurant locations throughout southern Alabama, south Georgia and the Florida panhandle. The first Burger King under this agreement will be located in Tallahassee, Florida with an expected delivery date in early 2009.
